Malera Boys High School in Siaya County has out shined Nyanza giant school after emerging top three in the just released 2023 KCSE result.
With a mean of 9.06, Only Rang’ala Girls and Maranda High Schools toped Malera in the region.
The performance is an improvement from a mean of 7.01 in the previous results, attaining a positive deviation of 2.06.
According to the School Principal Jared Ooko, the success of the school is attributed to discipline among the students that has deviated from the Previous norms.
Ooko Lauded the Teachers Service Commission and the Education Ministry for their unwavering support in eliminating Drug substance abuse in the School.
He notes that the school has been on a positive Trajectory in the last three years and he assures the trend to continue.
