Awendo legislator Walter Owino has attained a masters degree from Cavendish University.
The second time legislator who has been pursuing a degree in international relations and diplomacy graduated on Thursday, adding a feather to his academic cap.
Photos of Mr Owino went viral with netizens congratulating the MP for his extraordinary feat, with majority hailing him for making an academic stride.
