National Government Constituency Fund director Edick Omondi Anyanga has cautioned residents of Nyatike constituency in Migori County to be very keen while electing leaders on August 9 general elections to avoid regrets .
Speaking to residents of Nyatike constituency where he is seeking to be elected as Member of Parliament, vocal politician Anyanga urged his supporters to consider what a leader can bring forth other than just voting.
Anyanga who was once a member of parliament in the area said his record is clear and undisputable.
He affirmed his unwavering commitment to continue transforming the area if they give him another opportunity to represent them in the national assembly.
“I have done a lot even while on my duty as director and I promise to do more,” he said.
Anyanga is on record for championing the implementation of the Lower Kuja irrigation scheme that costed KSH 54B, employment of many teachers at the teachers service commission and tarmacking of the Masara-Sori road among other development projects.
He is also on record for influencing the employment over 70 assistant chiefs and 34 chiefs.
Anyanga has also employed many people from his constituency while at national CDF board.
He urged residents of Nyatike constituency to vote for him in August citing that his track record is clear.
He used the opportunity to call upon all people of Nyatike to vote for Raila Amolo Odinga as the fifth President of Kenya on August.
