Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority (KENRA) chairman Edick Anyanga has trashed opposition calls compelling IEBC to open its servers.

Speaking in Suna East Sub County today, Anyanga said that it is time for the leaders to work together and propel the nation towards the right direction.

He challenged the opposition to forget about their quest for the electoral body to open the servers.

“The president of Kenya is William Ruto, likewise to Ochilo Ayacko who is the governor of Migori. That’s the truth and we must respect that. The call by some leaders for the IEBC to open the servers is null and void,” said Anyanga.

Anyanga accompanied ICT Cs Eliud Owalo who was distributing relief food in Suna East, hosted by Migori former Member of Parliament John Pesa.

He criticized the leaders who are encouraging demonstrations in the nation saying that the servers they are agitating for are imaginary and do not exist.

The veteran politician urged Kenyans to embrace President William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua as the official head of the state, hence the citizens should give them humble time to deliver.

Anyanga also told the residents to be calm and embrace the developments, accusing leaders who criticize their appointments as mobocrats who are fighting for their own space.

“How do you want your problems to be solved? These same leaders who cry for national representation in the appointments criticize everything including our appointment,” said Anyanga.

Being the first mission since his appointment, the former Member of Parliament for Nyatike urged the residents to support him as he assured them of positive transformation in the nuclear energy sector.

“I want to tell you that the duly elected president is Dr William Ruto. I, therefore, call upon you to support this government and all its appointees for positive developments in every sector,” he added.
