Stella Memusi, wife to Kajiado Central Member of Parliament Hon Elijah Memusi has died in a grisly road accident.
The accident occured at Isinya, few kilometers from her home on Monday night.
The accident involved a private car coming from Nairobi and a stalled lorry.
The driver sustained injuries but has since been discharged to go home after receiving treatment.
The body of the deceased was taken to Kajiado Referral hospital mortuary after succumbing to death.
Stella has been described as a bubbly and lively lady by friends in social media.
Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku has mourned her death saying he will stand with the deceased family.
“I stand with my brother Hon. Memusi during this trying moment as he comes to terms with the loss of his wife and mother of his Children.
On behalf of myself, my family and the county government of Kajiado, I pray for the Lord’s strength to overcome this monumental grief,” Lenku wrote in a statement.
