Petitions Against Adani Group Deals to be Heard in Court

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka will today be in court as judges begin hearings of petitions challenging the proposed takeover of Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) by the Adani Group. The case will be heard by a bench of judges appointed by Chief Justice Martha Koome, including Jairus Ngaah, Moses Ado, and Lucy Nguguna.

Kalonzo Musyoka, representing the Wiper Party, is set to advocate on behalf of the public in opposition to the deal.
